We do not know how the sales balance of the Xiaomi Mi Pad will be in a few months, but, at least, we can say since its premiere has been a success. The Chinese company has confirmed through the MIUI website -the operating system that nourishes the tablet- that it has sold 50,000 units of its beloved device with Tegra K1 on its debut in just … 3 minutes and 59 seconds. It is undoubtedly a more than healthy brand and a clear example of the interest that the device has generated.
In addition to coming with the Tegra 4 successor running inside, the Xiaomi Mi Pad enjoys a 7.9-inch screen with a resolution of 2,048 x 1,536 pixels, it comes with an 8-megapixel Sony backlit sensor camera, it has a 6,700 mAh battery and its body sports a figure of 8.5 mm thick. These features would not be so interesting if it weren’t for its sweet-tooth price, set at 1,499 Chinese yuan (176 euros / $ 240 to change) for its 16 GB version and 1,699 yuan (199 euros / $ 273) for its model. 64 GB.
