The news comes from BGR India, where they indicate that the possibility of making calls from WhatsApp on iPhone is already available in beta version 2.11.17.444.
The top image is of a reader of that site, who already has access to the function on iPhone. At the moment it is not known when it will be available to everyone, but if they follow the same philosophy as in adroid, we will surely know the details with a dropper.
