For many, buying clothes online is a kind of gamble.
You discover if what you have asked for really fits the body once it has arrived. And if it doesn’t fit, you have to go to the trouble of repacking and returning the garment. Something that for many people is a big problem.
“Almost one in four garments are returned. 70% of these returns are due to the wrong size, ”says Heikki Haldre, CEO and founder of London-based Fits.me.
Companies like Fits.me are using technology to reduce high return rates.
