Turkey has reestablished access to Twitter and YouTube after both services have complied with an Istanbul court order to remove images of a prosecutor taken hostage by Islamic terrorists from their sites.
The blocking of both websites has occurred despite a Constitutional Court ruling last year against these general prohibitions.
On Friday a court ruling ruled the action against 166 Internet addresses, including Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, as well as pages of the main media that published the images of the prosecutor.
Via Twitter and YouTube again accessible in Turkey – Silicon News.
