The minimum requirements to become part of the specification are: 3840 × 2160 pixel resolution and 16: 9 aspect ratio, 8-bit minimum color depth and Rec. 709 color space, ability to process a video signal in 4K and up to 60Hz (without conversions), have an HDMI 2.0 connection with HDCP 2.2 and stereo sound.
If all this is fulfilled, manufacturers will be able to use and include the new logo on their products. So you already know what is the minimum that a television has to offer to be considered Ultra HD.
