Sony presented its commitment to virtual reality. It’s called Project Morpheus, it offers 1080p resolution, 1000 frame per second refresh, 90-degree field of view, and is capable of registering a full 360-degree motion rotation.
The prototype that has been shown includes an accelerometer, gyroscope, three-dimensional audio and follows the movement and orientation of the head thanks to the PlayStation camera.
In addition to being compatible with the DualShock 4 control and with PS Move, the helmet integrates a processor capable of reproducing the content that the player is watching, on a normal screen so that other people can see what the user experiences.
