The bike lane is made up of a series of precast concrete modules measuring 1.5 by 2.5 meters, in whose upper face they incorporate a one-centimeter thick glass band, resistant to rain, snow, ice and even to road traffic. In addition, you have the assurance that in the event of an impact breakage, the coating material of the solar cells disintegrates in a similar way to car windshields.

Under this layer of tempered safety glass are crystalline silicon solar cells that will transform sunlight into electrical energy, with an annual output of 50kWh per square meter. These cédulas will be connected to a storage center from which energy will be supplied, initially, to the public lighting of the city.
