Motorola Mobility together with Adimark GFK conducted a study to find out what the behaviors and preferences of Chilean women are when using a smartphone. When choosing a phone, the main factors that help them decide are the model (21%), its applications (19%) or the use of one that was given to them as a gift (19%).
Topics such as brand, design and technology were represented in low percentages with 12%, 10% and 9%, respectively. It is striking that of all users, at least 21.7% have never downloaded an application, while those who have, mostly downloaded one related to social networks, games and music.
