Although it can already be reserved for a month, it will be from next Tuesday when the first units begin to ship. It will be accompanied by the corresponding SDK, whose license will have to be acquired separately, so that developers can exploit the possibilities of the new sensor.
In its second generation, Kinect maintains all its functionalities and improves a good part of its sections thanks to updated specifications. Among them a main camera capable of recording at 1080p, which allows greater precision thanks to its depth mode and a wider field of view; a new infrared sensor, which manages to better recognize objects and people; and a faster processor, which helps you handle more data.
