LG officially introduced the LG G8 ThinQ, its highest-end device and the first G-series smartphone to mount an OLED panel. This smartphone from the Korean company presents a number of new features, first of all, a peculiarity that concerns the photographic sector with the Z camera placed on the front of the device and capable of recognizing hand movements. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and runs on Android 9.0 Pie. It has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory that can be further expanded with a 2TB microSD card.

The phone sports a triple camera set up on the back with a 16MP super-wide lens, a 12MP standard lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens. On the front, the phone comes with a standard 8MP lens with time-of-flight technology.

The LG G8 ThinQ comes with IP68 dust and water resistant technology and meets the military grade standard STD-MIL 810. In terms of connectivity, the LG G-series device features 3G, 4G LTE-A, Wi -Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5, NFC, USB type C.

In addition, the phone also has crystal clear sound OLED screen technology, which turns the phone screen into a giant amplifier. In addition to this, the phone also has the company’s DTS: X, 3D Surround Sound, 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC, and Boombox speaker audio technologies.
