Lenovo wants Motorola to be able to sneak its cell phones into absolutely every pocket, and part of its strategy could be to highlight the devices it currently markets in the East and Latin America while Motorola concentrates its resources on creating more advanced models.
Both product lines would be together, but not jumbled. The idea of the Lenovo executives would be to market mobile phones such as the new S Series using some kind of tagline similar to “Motorola by Lenovo”, giving the leading role to Moto, but without trying to hide the true paternity of the phones in question.
