Conviasa passengers have been stranded in Madrid for three days, without an official response from the Venezuelan airline about their return. All they know from Barajas airport employees is that flights to Caracas were suspended “indefinitely.”
On Tuesday it was the turn of 220 passengers from flight V03013 and yesterday another 200 people from flight V03012. In the first case, the passengers were accommodated at the Hotel Axor de Barajas. Meanwhile, the other group of travelers is at the Hotel Diana. The anguish of some is that they do not know when they will return and that they find their hands tied without resources to attend to their needs.
