After ceasing support for the Windows XP operating system, until then used by millions of people in the world for more than 14 years, Microsoft recently announced that it will also stop using Windows 7.
This decision is part of the “Microsoft Support Life Cycle” policy, which indicates that it will offer a minimum of ten years of support, five main and another five of extension with security, system and other patches.
In this sense, the current operating system present in thousands of computers in the world will be left without main support on January 13, 2015 and without any type of update in 2020.
