One of the doubts that persisted around Windows 10 for mobile was whether it would become available for all smartphones with Windows Phone 8 that are already on the market. Microsoft showed its intention of doing so from the beginning, but some interpretations of some of its statements and the lack of a resounding confirmation on the part of those of Redmond kept the matter still in the air. Now Joe Belfiore has tried to clarify the issue.
The man in charge of product design and definition on the Windows team has posted a series of messages on Twitter explaining the situation. In the first one, he made it clear that Microsoft is working on Windows 10 for mobiles with 512 MB of RAM, and specifically mentions the Lumia 520, the best-selling terminal on Windows Phone.
via Microsoft intends to bring Windows 10 to all Windows Phone 8, including devices with 512 MB of RAM.
