The privacy control of our social profiles is an increasingly common issue. For example, in social networks such as Facebook or Twitter we can prevent a certain user from seeing our content. LinkedIn joins this trend to allow members of the network to block third parties from accessing their personal information.
Why block? It often happens that we have a contact on LinkedIn who sends us spam messages or specific people who, for some reason, do not want a former boss, a competitor, a stalker, for example to see our activity. While we can make some modifications to minimize contact, blocking is a forceful reciprocal feature.
via LinkedIn includes function to block other members of the network – FayerWayer.
