The search engine would have planned the launch of this service for this year, for now only in the United States.
There are strong rumors that Google would be planning to become a virtual telephone operator (MVNO) within the United States, and that such a strategy would see the light later this year, according to The Information published.
According to people close to the most used search engine on the web, the company would be in a position to sell data plans directly to its potential customers, in addition to handling calls through the T-Mobile and Sprint networks in the United States, although the economic deal with these operators, as indicated, would not yet be 100% finalized.
