The German operator Deutsche Telekom joins the efforts to increase the transparency of its operation, revealing the number of requests that the German security agencies demanded during the year 2013 on the users of Deutsche Telekom.
According to the operator, the German authorities requested to intervene some 49,796 telephone lines, access 436,331 data traffic records, requested 28,162 times the master data of users, and requested information on the owners of 946,641 IP addresses.
