The Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power Co company and the South Korean government have confirmed that the country’s nuclear power plants have been hacked, although they assure that the attackers have not managed to obtain any type of vital information that could endanger the country’s nuclear infrastructure.
The alleged hacker responsible for the attack, who signs as president of a group against nuclear reactors, has been publishing since last 15 different plans and instruction manuals of some of the country’s reactors, and has threatened to continue with his leaks to Unless at least three nuclear facilities are closed before Christmas.
