The bug especially affects Windows and OS X users, although Linux users could also experience the takeover of their system by an attacker.
Adobe itself has just released a security bulletin in which it warns that it has “knowledge of reports that there is an exploit for this vulnerability.”
The flaw affects Flash Player 126.96.36.199 and earlier versions for Windows and OS X as well as Flash Player 188.8.131.525 and earlier for Linux.
In fact, the company has labeled the patch for Windows PCs and Macs as a top priority and urges users using either version to “update their product installations” and “check for each browser” if they want. avoid greater evils.
