According to the report, 69% of HR managers used social media to search for workers for their company compared to 57% in the 2013 study.
In addition, 79% of these professionals considered that a candidate active in social networks has more opportunities to get a job.
However, 68% of those surveyed in the report do not consider recruitment through social media to replace other forms of recruitment. For their part, 76% of the workers surveyed affirm that in 2014 they sought employment on social networks, 6 points more than in 2013.
