The Venezuelan Government signed a contract with the CIEC company, for the installation of 30 thousand video surveillance cameras to combat crime in 16 cities of the country, between 2013 and 2016.

The representative of the Chinese company, Franklin Molina, indicated that with the experience they have in the implementation of centers in the rest of the world, they have come to Venezuela to give classes on the operational management of the VEN 911.

These trainings are part of the project managed by VEN 911, which include topics such as: theory of emergency management, early warnings, prevention, computer leveling, leveling in communications, basic communication theories, data networks, as well as the structure of the monitoring and assistance system, all this with the purpose that the operators can have specific knowledge of the management of the systems.
